Estimated Delivery Time: Packages shipped via UPS typically arrive within 4-8 business days from the date of shipment. However, please be aware that unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or logistical delays may occasionally impact delivery times. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by such situations and appreciate your patience.

Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. This will allow you to track the progress of your package through the UPS website or their designated tracking portal.

 

Shipping Restrictions: Please note that we currently only offer shipping within North America. If you require shipping to a location not listed during the checkout process, please contact our customer support team for further assistance.

 

Lost or Damaged Packages: While we take great care in packaging and securing your order, there may be rare instances where packages are lost or damaged during transit. In such cases, please reach out to our customer support team as soon as possible, providing your order details and any relevant information. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

 

International Shipping: At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and hope to expand our shipping capabilities in the future.

 

Change of Address: If you need to update the shipping address for an order that has not yet been shipped, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, please note that once an order has been shipped, we cannot modify the shipping address.

Return & Exchange Policy

At WBC, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality products and exceptional customer service. Due to the nature of our business and the customization options we offer, we regret to inform you that we do not accept returns or exchanges for any products after they have been built.

However, if a product has not been built yet, then you may request a refund and be issued back a full refund.

Once we have delivered the product, we cannot accommodate refunds, returns, or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to:

  1. Change of mind or personal preference.

  2. Compatibility issues with other hardware or software.

  3. Performance expectations not met.

  4. Incompatibility with specific applications or games.

We strongly encourage our customers to carefully review their orders before making a purchase, ensuring that the selected products meet their specifications and requirements.

In the event that you receive a damaged or defective product due to a manufacturing defect or shipping error, please contact our customer support team within five days of receiving the item. We will work with you to address the issue and find a satisfactory resolution.
