  • Why isn't my computer turning on?
    Make sure the switch on the power supply is turned on, and press the button at the top of the case. Double check that the computer is plugged in correctly. If all fails, contact us at our Contact page.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept a whole variety of payment methods. These include Cryptocurrencies (Bitcoin and USDT), and Venmo. Additional payment options may come in the future.
  • Can I customize the components of a pre-built computer?
    On some pre-built computers yes. There may be new "Build Your Own Computer" product added to the shop soon.
  • Do you offer warranty for your products?
    Not at the moment.

  • Can I upgrade components in my pre-built computer in the future?
    Absolutely yes. The cases we pick out a large enough for upgrades, and we choose a slighter larger wattage power supply (compared to the computers estimated wattage) for our pre-built computers so you can add higher wattage components with no worries.
  • Do you offer international shipping?
    No, not at the moment. Maybe in the future though.
  • Are your computers pre-tested before shipping?
    Yes. We make sure our products are of high quality before we ship them out to our customers.
  • How do I request technical support?

  • What is the average delivery time for orders?
    Around 4-8 business days to have your product delivered to you.
  • Do you offer financing options for purchases?
    No, not at the moment.
